Our providers manage everything from the common cold to diseases such as: Diabetes, HTN, High Cholesterol, CHF, COPD, Thyroid Disease, Asthma, ADHD and many other chronic conditions.

Here at Bridgewater Medical Center we strive to provide quality and efficient healthcare in a way that makes you feel like family. We offer Walk-In/Urgent care and an array of in-house diagnostic testing along with Vax-D and physical modalities so that you can get as much of your healthcare needs met right here.

We are equipped to provide in-house diagnostic testing for our patients. Some of these services include: Lab test, X-Ray, Echocardiogram, EKG, Spirometry, Ultrasound, Tympanometry, 24 hour blood pressure monitoring & Cardiac Monitoring Services.

Our Providers and staff are prepared to see walk-ins and urgent care patients. These visits may consist of but not limited to the treatment of common cold symptoms, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, lacerations, rashes, shortness of air, chest pain, Ear aches, allergies and more
